Default Flat vs dished valves or oem ?

Belt broke on me while at 3k rpm 1st gear going slow , found out I got slight bent valves so wanted to change out and rebuild the head. I’m stuck on which is better I do get the option to go with Flat or Dished valves from SuperTech but I heard oem is good to. I have a semi built Gsr NA but definitely upgrading the valve train what do you guys think or are running ? Thanks in advance.

My 93 Si Del Sol.

OEM is always good when it comes to reliability however when it comes to valves and a built motor I would go aftermarket. Flat valves are for high compression and better for all motor and dish valves are for lower compression and better for boost. however valve type is kind of a more minimal change to compression so even for boosted cars i hear they normally go with flat valves. Lastly I often hear that supertech valves really aren't the way to go. Supertech is a great company and i use they're valve springs and retainers however they're valves themselves are infamous to drop and break. I personally would go with Supertech springs and retainers and Ferrea valves or Skunk2 valves. Just my opinion
