ECU Repair recommendations
Anyone have experience getting their ECU repaired? Google search turns up 2 generic ECU repair shops and 1 Honda specialist. I want to find someone that is maybe popular on this board.
I have a 93 VX (California) that runs, but has intermittent CEL. When I am able to pull codes, the yare 13, 22, 43. Previous owner of the VX attempted to have the ECU repaired, obviously that didn't work. When I swap in an ECU from a Federal emissions VX (5-wire O2), the only code I get is 41 for O2 sensor, none of the other codes and the car also runs much better.
Already tried Ebay for a used VX ECU (CA 93-95), but they are rare and the last one I got couldn't prime the fuel pump.

You should have kept this ECU (did you?) because it likely could have been fixed by replacing one capacitor, which is so inexpensive as to seem to be free.
take the cover off the ecu and post a clear pic of the board, I am sure someone on here can point out what is popped
if you know what needs to be replaced and get the part, you can literally go any where that works on electronics and have them solder the replacement in
