Default Testing SiR EG6 Instrument Cluster Outside Of Car?

I was wondering if there is any way to test a cluster (92-95) outside of the car? I got into an accident about 6 years ago and am unsure of this cluster works or not. I'm not selling it to someone without knowing it's fully functioning. I know the answer is likely no but I just wanted to check.

Bench test a cluster? The answer is either "no" or "with enough money and time and effort you can do pretty much anything". A reasonable intermediate step short of building a time machine and preventing your accident 6 years ago, would be to test the cluster in someone else's 5th Gen. Possibly even the buyer's car?

With a 12V battery or 12V DC wall converter, testing the warning and indicator lights one at a time, the backlights, and the fuel and temperature gauges would be relatively simple. Testing the speedometer and tachometer is also doable, just a bit more complicated. For example, you could attach a VSS to the speedometer and spin the VSS gear by hand to generate a speed signal.
