Assistance Needed: Blox gauge wiring install

Assistance Needed: Blox gauge wiring install
I have a oil pressure and water temp blox gauges bought brand new. They both are wired the same res and yellow to power blk to ground and green to sensor I’m not getting any reading on either of them. The lights come on and that’s it. Has anyone had experience with these
