Here's the situation

Swapped a 2000 h22a4 into a 1997 Acura CL years and years ago. Got it BAR inspected and passed. Fender bender, CL totaled, took the h22a4 and put it in my Dad's 1996 Accord. Sat in the garage for many more years until Covid and now I've been working on it.

I keep getting CEL P0441: Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow. I never got this when the engine was in the Acura, and I know for sure because of all the trouble I went through to get it to pass the CA BAR Referee.

Here's what I've tried:
- Inspected vacuum lines, ok
- Tested Purge Valve Control Solenoid for electrical function and vacuum, working fine, replaced with another from Pick n Pull anyway
- Rebuilt Charcoal canister (cut open, replaced charcoal and filters, resealed)
- Replaced gas cap
- Removed and thoroughly cleaned Throttle Body, and port that connects to Purge Valve Control Solenoid

Any ideas??
