Default Obd1 Gsr swap onto obd2 (2000 civic)

Having trouble with figuring out why my timing is messed up. Everything is aligned up mechanically tdc is perfect cams are right on point. Distributed is allighned to rev of cylinder #1. But anyway the car runs very rough at low rpm anything below 2k and won't idle unless I give it gas to 1000 rpm or adjust the throttle cable to keep it there. There are no cel codes or lights and yes i did jump the connector to do the timing but the red timing mark is on the other side near the alternator when I shoot the gun at. I have checked every sensor tps ,map, knock, o2 sensor and rebuilt the distributed checked the resistor and put known working parts in it. I also switched between 3 ecus 1 p30 with Hondata s200 with a tune with came with the car and 2 stock ones that were pulled from running cars. I have also recently tried to bypass the crank position sensor by tapping 2 sets of 2 wires together to no avail. I am completely lost at this point. Any help would be a life saver
