Ok so I have a 90 Honda crx with a swapped engine. We had it running after the swap but I hardly drove it at all. Over time it eventually just stopped turning over at all. When I turn the key over all you hear is the starter click. If I jump the starter with a jumper it will turn over but not crank. Can anyone help me on where to start? I have had this car for 20 years. I have literally had the car tore all the way apart and redone it all besides like some relays here and there. I have most of the tools necessary To test the circuits.

Painted engine bay -- Use a thread restorer to thoroughly clean the three important engine bay grounds (G101 thermostat, G3 transmission, G1 battery).

Also check the clutch pedal starter switch.
