Default Help!! Why is my flywheel too big! F20B to H22A

I had a H22 engine transmission, from a prelude swamped in my civic. The motor blew so I purchased a F20b to put back in it. So I went to reuse my flywheel and after putting it on I realized, the fly wheel was almost flush with the mounting surface of the transmission. So long story short the transmission doesn’t clear the flywheel. I have no idea why, same set up that was that I was previously running. Any ideas????

So, let me get this straight: You are using the same transmission and flywheel that you had previously installed on the H22, you have mounted the flywheel on to the tail end of the F20B crankshaft, and your transmission will no longer clear the flywheel ? Flywheels do not grow in size, so there is something else you are missing or did incorrectly. Post some pictures of what you are trying to describe please.
