i mean theres 3 wires on the icm 2 are igp1 and igp2 that are on one side and the other one is alone that is the icm the thing that i dont really know is will the bee r rev limiter work the thing im wondering is does the d series engines have the same ignition control as the b series engines i mean the same as in the same parts

Do you feel better now that you have received the help that you need ?
First, calm down and stop re-posting every thirty minutes begging for help. The TWO ICM wires connect to each other about a foot up the engine harness bundle... you will need to connect your device input wire ABOVE the junction point (meaning you MUST connect it AFTER the two wires have joined and turn into a single wire going out to the distributor).

I am not sure of the wiring sequence for your particular device, but it would seem that there would be an input and an output wire in order to cut spark to the distributor. First, make sure that you have made the proper connections. If you did not purchase this device new, you have to consider the possibility that it may not be functioning correctly. If you are confident that the wiring connections are correct, then temporarily re-connect the original ICM wiring and see if the engine will start. If it does... your controller is bad.
