Did you check the master clyinder push rod clearance adjustment before installing the master clyinder? The service manual requires that check as well as a brake pedal height check and brake pedal freeplay check after a master clyinder installation.

Were the brakes locking up before you changed the calipers, new brake, hoses, master cylinder and pads? Or did it just start occuring after you changed everything?

If it just started after the work, you just need to painstakingly recheck everything. Something appears to be causing the pads not to slide back.

I mentioned the master clyinder push rod clearance adjustment as something to check because the rod can cause brake drag if it is adjusted to long.

can the master cylinder rod make the front brakes lock up or can it be the brake booster going bad ?

Don't change anything until you troubleshoot to determine what is bad.

Pushrod Clearance Adjustment

Brake Booster Inspection

You should do the pushrod adjustment since you changed your master clyinder.

If you can't get the tool (it's costly) you can measure the length of the old master cylinder rod and adjust the new one to the same length.
