Hello, I have a 1999 Civic sedan with D16y8 motor and S8G tranny. I know that this issue has been discussed a lot, but I want to gain some HP without getting any turbo on it, I want to get something like 160hp, is it possible without ripping my wallet?
And one more thing - I know the s20/s40 trannies, but I am not familiar with the s8g. When I up shift from 1st gear 7000 rpm to 2nd gear, it's going down to 4000 rpm instead of keeping the momentum from the first gear.

 

A 50-shot of Nitrous will do it. Making 160 wheel HP all motor will hurt your wallet.
