Default 2000 civic DX check engine problems

Well getting another damn light from my daughter's car. Now it's showing P0138 and P0136. Showing high voltage bank 1 sensor 2. Both o2 sensors are brand new as well as the exhaust manifold. What should I look for to fix this issue? Thanks

Did you replace both O2 sensors recently?

I bet you $5 you have the O2 sensor plugs switched! swap them and I bet the codes will go away! this happened to me a few times. the plugs for both O2 sensors are literally in the same location and you can plug the wrong one in.
