Default oil cap left off now car won't start

hi! i'm new here! i have a 2005 honda civic coupe with 130xxx miles on it. it has a oil problem where it goes through oil pretty fast and i have to check it often. when i filled it last month i must have forgotten to put the cap back on. for about three weeks it was fine until it started flashing the oil light when i went around turns (i now know this is because the cap was off and the oil would splash out around turns). then it began to make some bad noises and everything locked up and i lost power steering. i checked the hood and found the cap and filled the oil. i then started it where it sounded pretty roughy but after about ten minutes it seemed okay. when i tried to drive home it started making a noise then worse noises and the same thing happened. i lost everything and this time it began smoking.
PLEASE HELP!

Engine knocking... then locked up. The engine is likely destroyed. You will need to replace it.
