Default Buying clutch and flywheel tomorrow, will I regret my choice?

Well Competiton Clutch customer service has been better than good for me on my last Integra when the shop I had do the install screwed it up, so I plan to go with them again. This time I will be doing the install and for a LS with 330whp I do not see why my torque will be over 150%, so I think I will be fine with a stage 3. That being said I plan to go with the 8lb "Ultra lightweight steel flywheel".

Does anyone think I will regret going this route? If so why.

Car has no A/C, no P/S, no ABS, no power locks, and 11lb 15x7.5 Konig wheels. So I was trying to keep the diet in mind. :D

I would have resurfaced the stock flywheel instead of getting a lightened flywheel. As for clutch, ACT is my choice, especially for a turbo Honda. CC is good but ACT is much better.

Light flywheels are much better for N/A builds than force fed. My last fly was 8lb and i do NOT miss it. Stick with stock, you'll be happy!

ive had both ACT and CC and I’ve had great results with both. I’m currently using CC and they’re customer service has been amazing. I was using the CC stage 4 and it was starting to slip around 600-650whp. I was able to make a 1/4 pass of 147mph using the CC stage 4. I’ve swapped to the CC twin disk now and love it

Damn I’m torn on what clutch to get. You guys pretty much built on my doubt of the 8lb flywheel. Won’t be going that route. Clutch though... ACT, CC, of Exedy stg2

I would not get the 8lbs flywheel. I would do as NV Turbo suggested, or use a slightly heavier flywheel from Exedy or ACT. For your purposes, that's just too light, and will cause rpms in-between shifts to drop too rapidly for easy use.

As for clutch, I'm an Exedy 08950B Stage II person myself, with Clutchmasters and ACT as my alternates.. Despite its appearance, even my wife can drive 330whp on an FWD Exedy Stage II with very little effort.
