1996 Ek hatch high idle without A/C 2k rpm with A/C 1.5krpm
My Honda idles pretty high was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to why already replaced the iacv, map sensor, throttle body gasket, and all the vacuum lines connecting to the iacv, idle screw doesn’t change the rpm whatsoever of trying to adjust idle. all help appreciated thank you !!

Mate i had same problem and changed sme things
Finally i read that the ELD can provides this kind of issue but my car was not equippe with... But i installed one on my car i got it low immediately from 1040 to 760 try it mate believe me
