Default Stock 2000 Si shocks or KYB GR-2 shocks?

I have a 1999 EK sedan civic while I have a set of ITR springs
The springs will drop .5- .75"
I'm on a tight budget now
Should I get 2 month old used Stock 2000 Civic Si shocks or new KYB GR-2 shocks?
This is only for daily driving in the city...no autocross or anything

just use your stock shocks.........neither of those shocks are any better than your stock ones.........
