So my doors won’t unlock, but I’m able to turn the key.

 

A little more detail, please. Are you saying that no doors unlock under any condition? With the key in the outside lock? With the remote? From the inside? Each door won't manually unlock by pulling up the lock?

There must be a reason for that , was there any occurance or incedent ?
