Default 99 accord starts intermediately

Hi I have a 99 accord, recently have installed a new alternator and starter. My battery is just over 2 years old, I’m assuming it’s still ok. So the car will crank completely fine in the morning, I’ll let it warm up, begin to drive it, drive somewhere about 15 mins then cut the car off. After it’s turned off, it acts like the battery is dead but all the dash lights are on normal, my radiator fan doesn’t sound like it’s spinning slow, and the car won’t crank fast enough to start the engine. If I let the car sit for a few mins, it will start perfect. The car has “died” two other times where I have had to push it off the road, but just a few minutes later, I will try it again and it will start. This is really confusing me, any input at all would be helpful, thanks.

Verify ground cables and the negative battery terminal is secure. Test voltage.

I'd also add to check fuel pressure and voltage on fule pump and relay to see if the fuel delivery is failing here as it gets hot.
