Default Low Milage '98 Civic CX. Replace Water Pump?

Hello all,
I have a 1998 Civic CX with 75 000km on it. It was the mother in laws and not driven much or very hard. I plan to do some preventative maintenance.
I plan on changing all the fluids (transmission, coolant, power steering, brake, oil)
I also plan on changing the original timing belt. I looked in the manual and it calls for replacement at 100 000km or 7 years. (I am a little bit over the time)
My question is, should I replace the water pump at the same time as the timing belt? It is still the factory one, it works fine and doesn't leak. Do they suddenly go bad?
Also, is there anything else that should be looked at?

Thank you in advance.

Replace timing belt, water pump, timing belt tensioner, and valve cover gasket all at the same time. You can buy kits that come with all that. It's standard practice to replace all those parts at once. Partly because you already have everything apart so you might as well; also because if it starts going bad and you don't catch it in time, the shaft will lock up, rip your timing belt up, and your pistons will probably hit your valves and bend them, requiring a head job.

Take it apart an inspect.

Replace it... you are going to be right there when you replace the belt, so it is only five more bolts and you are worry free for at least 7 more years.

Make sure to get a factory Genuine Honda water pump. It's not that much more than aftermarket ones, that may or may not fit.

Thank you for all the advice, I was leaning toward replacement, but wasn't sure.
Thanks for all the input.

Genuine Honda is good, any OE pump with a metal impeller is fine too.

I actually like the honda fit water pump impeller, its not metal so it won't corrode and fall apart.
