So I have 98 civic with d16z6 swap and the issue I'm facing right now is that when I spary brake cleaner into the manifold it'll start right up but then die. I did a lot to get it to start like I already replaced the distributor, spark plugs and wire and did the obd2 to obd1 fuel injectors cause it wasn't giving spark so that issue is kinda solve cause now when I play around with the distributor it slick wants to start but won't and I don't know if vacuum has to do anything cause I left open till I found a correct diagram for it.

You already got it narrowed down to fuel. She fires up when you spray flammable aerosol down the IM. That means you have spark and compression. Then she dies cuz no fuel.
You have a fuel problem, maybe your obd2 to obd1 injector setup?
hey bro sorry been busy but I follow the fuel injector diagram for the wiring setup so I don't believe it would be that issue unless its different for d16z6 and im going to the junk yard Thursday to grab some obd1 injectors but is there a way to check it cause there quite different ways to do it but I wanna know the best way to do it and if I was to switch back to obd2 would it work better?
Hey sorry I took long to respond but same issue came and I added 4 more ground cable so I'm lost at this point but now its not even cranking unless I put it on first gear 😔
