Accord95-Overheating-
Can anyone advise me, im not car savvy and have no $$ for mechanic.
Car overheated 95 accord, fix a seal put through but coolant not flushed/refilled, milky leakage coming from under car but also radiator needing replacement, is car safe to drive?

Milky leakage is not a good sign. If the car overheated, first check to see how much coolant you have in the radiator. Does it seem full? If not, then maybe this is the issue (although the milky substance suggests something worse, but maybe it's the seal stuff you put it.).
The issue to figure out first is if it is a radiator or a head gasket. A bad head gasket should show milky substances in the oil and/or the radiator fluid. Challenging if there is no money. You can try to fill up the radiator first and make sure it's full, then run the car in the driveway. I would presume you would see water/radiator fluid pouring out from somewhere if it's just the radiator that's rusted out and it overheats. But if it doesn't overheat and you see fluid coming out, at least you know it's the radiator. But....you have to look all over the car because it could be a hose leaking on you somewhere instead.
If you don't see any water or fluid coming out while running it,and it overheats, I would say that points to the headgasket.
I would hesitate to advise you to try and fix that, since you say you have no car savvy, and a head gasket is a bit of a job to do.
