I just got this car and it is a 2001 honda civic LX. I re-did the interior and I would like the wheel to look cool. I'm tapped out of cash after buying it and giving the interior a re-boot. I wanted new rims but I just can't afford it, so now I'm considering either steel rims or wheel covers....I just want my car to look really cool....so what do you think about wheel covers? will it make my car look cool??? also would steel rims look cool? I just can't afford the rimd I wanted originally. I'm disabled and have been unable to work for 4 years and I have no income at all. The only readon I have a little extra now is because it's my Birthday. Please give me your input. Thank you in advance.
