TSW did make wheels like that. my cousin had them on his FD. i gave him hell because they were so ugly. TSW ones were supposed to be momo knockoff's or something.

They're not DIV 3 knock off's, these have more spokes.
These wheels are called Racing Hart Cybers, from the early 90's.

they sell does rims at pepboys and my friend has a pair of them and a real pair or sparco they weigh the same nice rims i like them
