Spark plug wells still leaking oil even after gasket changes

Spark plug wells still leaking oil even after gasket changes
About 2 months ago I replaced the gaskets that were causing the oil leaking into the spark plug wells, yet they're still leaking. I didn't use any RTV. Do I need to redo these or is there another problem?

I think the first time I did those gaskets, I did not push down enough and really lock them in place. Are all 4 leaking? If so, I would suspect that's the issue.
