Default Drum to disc conversion

It's been a while Forum.
My question is has anyone done a rear drum to disc conversion?
I have a 2002 Accord EX w/ rear drum brakes and was wondering if I could do the conversion and if so how difficult or costly.

Thanks

By far the easiest way is just to pull the complete rear trailing arms, e-brake cables, prop valve, etc off of a donor car.

Its a decent amount of work to do, I would guess an entire long weekend to switch everything over. As stated above, you need to make sure you pull everything from the back of a donor car, and I would take a few photographs to make sure you have it all.

I know this is not the correct year, but here's someone who recorded doing it, is not a mechanic, but gives you and idea of what needs to be done and if you still want to tackle this.
