I had to replace all the injectors, so now I have to code the new ones. but i need to know what is cylinder 1, 2, 3, 4 when im gonna put the new code in to my computer. For example what is the order if you start from the timing chain. Please help

physical order? So if number 1 is closest to the timing chain? And rest is 2, 3, 4? With number 2 second closest to the timing chain? And number 4 closest to the flywheel? Or it is something Else, like "1,2,3, 4".? Im really comfussed after Reading online, haha

Yes, numerical order would be beginning from the timing belt/chain end and progressing to the flywheel end. Don't confuse the firing order with the cylinder number. Cylinder numbers would be (Cam Gear -> 1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4 -> Flywheel) whereas, the firing order would be 1 - 3 - 4 - 2. Glad you got it running fine.
