i have an 83 honda accord lx that's having fuel issues. I changed the pump relay both filters voltage regulator. fuel is coming through the the pump.but not getting enough pressure to send it into the carb. it starts but as there isn't enough pressure to keep it running. as soon as i take my foot of the gas peddle it dies. I've been through two fuel pumps. not to mention the fuel pump ticks while running. please help.
