Default Yet another no start thread

Car is a civic 92 hatch
Hello so i was driving yesterday just normal driving suddenly the car shuts off...
Now I have no cluster lights (check engine, oil, battery etc)
turn signals and high beams worka and lights up normally
The fuel pump is no priming
The main relay not click bench test it and is good tho
no fuses blown (18 and 24 under dash as well as the ecu and 80a battery fuse are good)
radio and accessories work
Car cranks but no start
Battery is brand new less than a month old
I have 12v at the ignition switch plug as well as at the main relay constant 12v is present
I have NO power at fuse 18 and 24 with the ignition at on position and I assume I have no power at the ecu either
I'm suspecting maybe the grounds at the t-stat housing but look good I'm gonna clean them up and retest but I dont thing this will fix it.
So I'm open to suggestions and or tips what else should I check I really don't know at this point.
Thanks

Regarding just the loss of gauge lights, you say you have no fuses blown, but did you check the under dash #15 specifically? And do you have SRS? If so, #24 is correct but the wiring diagram says #12 if you do not have SRS.

And check all the grounds in the engine bay, not just the t-stat. Remove, clean, sand to expose bare metal, tighten. I would check all of them.

Third, there are two switches in the main relay for the fuel pump. When you tested it, how did you test?

With key turned to ON(II), check voltage at both test pins of installed fuse 24. Do both pins read battery voltage?

Do the same for fuse 18 with key held in the ON(III)/START position.
