Default Fuel cut off at highway speeds?

As the title consist, I’ll be driving along at highway speeds and lose all throttle response, I have changed fuel pump fuel filter, injectors, tps and calibrated it twice, a co worker of mine has said it could be the fuel pump relay dying? As when I bump the key from off back to the start position I got throttle response back, all voltage clears out for injectors and fuel pump? I’m stumped on this as I’ve chased it for about 2 weeks, it happens very randomly and only when I’m going 50+ ?
