Several years ago I removed the driver and passenger seat belts to install harnesses and cross bar. Currently putting the car back to stock and upon reinstalling the seat belts I found they are fully retracted and locked and will not release. How can this be reversed to reinstall them? I do not want to disassemble without a plan of attack first. Thx in advance
