Is it worth it to swap 310cc injectors from the stock 240ccs I have now?
Hi I have a 96 integra gsr with a b20 vtec in it. But i have a question. I recently pick a couple days ago. A set of sk2 stage 1 cams. And I have a toda style header w 2.5in exhaust a skunk2 manifold with 70mm throttle body. And ramesh air intake fuel rail with adjust for no my ? Is would it be worth it to swap 310cc injecters. So what do you think and what else do you recommend doing with out tearing my motor sports any suggestion thanc
Definitely. Bigger injectors are like buying insurance for your engine, in a way. Since you'll be pulling more air through the engine, you'll want injectors that can keep up and balance out that air-fuel mix so you're not running too lean or working your existing injectors too hard. Of course, when you're getting your car tuned (I assume you have tuning software for all this?), your tuner will be able to tell you where you're still falling short to maximize the performance parts you've purchased.
I’m running 2006 cbr 1000rr injectors in my d17 stroker, they are 14 hole 320cc saturdated injectors (high impedance) I’m super happy with them as they atomize amazingly well, lean cruise at 24 to 1 afr and run super smooth. Plus I got them for $39 with a set of cbr1000rr throttle bodies.
