My 2002 Honda Accord jerks in between gear changes.

 

First thing is check the fluid level of the transmission. Make sure it's where it's supposed to be. Second is to make sure it's not burnt or black (should be red).

After that it gets more difficult. if you just want to try things, the next step would be to remove the shifter solenoids and clean them, the filters often are filled with junk and need cleaning.

That's where I would start.

 

I have the same issue on my accord 98. I have changed the sparkplig wire and put in new spark plugs. Now my car runs as smooth as butter.
