I have a 1998 SH with H23A swap, P28 chipped and flashed with 35 shot. So its been running great for the last 5 months until i been getting a little misfire at idle that smooths out after 2k RPM. Cap and rotor are only a couple months old as well as 1 step colder plugs for the nitrous. I pulled ngk wires off my 2000 H22A1 that are decent and no fix. So i pulled my distributor from my H22A1, didnt fix but car was still running fine the missfire was not bad just barley hear it not feel it when driving....then a few days pass and on the freeway dropped 4th to pass a car and vtech gets louder than normal and doesnt work. So i switched distributor back and still no vtech and still sounding the same. Put my stock ECU in and still same. Code 41-2 which i believe is fuel injection module, could this cause my issue?

Have you actually pulled the plugs and checked them out?
Good fuel pump, filters, and injectors?
Have you done a compression check?

 

Pulled my head head gasket is good, did a leak down test on my head... valve!
