Default D16A Manifold ?

Hello guys I have been searching most of the day for a answer but cant seem to find it, Im getting new to the D series stuff as I have always been a B series guy but I purchased a used JDM D16A engine to replace my D16Y7 engine in my 2000 Honda Civic hatchback. I was told to swap my Y7 manifold to make it work properly and so I did and everything works perfect it drives great I just had to do the CFK bypass trick.

But the JDM manifold is just sitting now and Id hate to think its worthless and to trash it so I want to know is it worth anything if i sold it ?

what is needed to use this manifold on a USDM D series Civic?
What parts would need to be replaced to make it work?
I know the JDM manifold has the area for the IACV deleted or its just not drilled out so I believe its from a Automatic car. Will it be the same as someone doing a USDM Y8 intake manifold swap?
Also is there a difference in performance between the D16A and the D16Y7? Im wondering if using the Y7 manifold on the D16A engine is holding back any HP due to it originally having that style manifold..
