You don't want to install a fixed back seat without proper roll over protection. Use the factory seats and 3-point belts until you get roll over protection. Factory seats are meant to snap at the hinge and laydown in the event of a roll over so that you are not crushed vertically. Think of safety as a package. Its all or nothing, if you don't have the harness, fixed back seats, and roll over protection, wait until you have all three in place to install everything. Otherwise you increase the risk for injury.
It goes the same for using a roll bar with a recline-able seat and harnesses. If you get rear ended for example on track or on the street, the hinged seat can snap then your seat may potentially fold over the harness bar portion of the roll bar/cage. That is equally no Bueno.. Don't do the harness bar thing. Just get a bolt in 4 point roll bar and some approved padding.

I'm going to say something stupid but unfortunately that's the case i cant install a roll cage or a harness bar because its illegal in my country so unless i want to drive in fear from the police i cant have a cage.. also the car is been built to be a daily and also track car so a cage or harness bar will be not so practical

I understand. I would look into some upgraded recliners and utilize the factory 3-point belt if it were me.

You can do some damage to yourself with harnesses that are not run at the proper angles. Have a look here: https://www.sfifoundation.com/wp-con...2006-05-12.pdf
and here: https://www.schrothracing.com/docs/C...structions.pdf for proper harness installation.

Dublo is right... its an all or nothing for this kind of safety stuff BUT... its your risk.

if it were me... i'd get a PCI seat mount and mount my sub belts to those mounts. your lap belts will need to be mounted to your current 3 points mount... and your shoulder harnesses will likely need to be "X" strapped and mounted to the rear seat belt mounts. to mount the lap belts you will need special hardware i doubt comes with the harness (they never came with mine)... and hopefully your shoulder harnesses are long enough.

Normally id say not to mount anything to something to not approved by a manufacturer.
However I know personally that PCI tests their products, and if Brian says its OK to use I take his word for it.
Personally i wouldn't mount my shoulder harness to nothing but a roll bar but that's my .02
Just in case anyone wants to use the infamous harness bar... Here is one big reason not to.
