2006 Civic wipers come on when headlights or RT turn signal is on
My nephews 2006 civic ex wipers turn on low power when the head lights are turned on. Wipers also turn on low when the right turn signal is on, but only when it flashes. Wipers work normal from the wiper switch. He has no money to bring it in so any help I could give him would be great. Thinking maybe replace the headlight switch?
