Probability of Compatibility of an A/C Cast manifold with a PLM v-band downpipe.
I currently have a cast ac friendly manifold and a t3/t4 turbo with a downpipe i can no longer use unless i cut it apart. So im wondering if anyone has used this PLM b series ac downpipe with a cast manifold and if so what the fitment was like.

This is their manifold its compatible with. Looking at it my turbo hangs just about as low as the one in the pic but not sure how far to the left or right it places the turbo as that would dictate whether this dp would clear my compressor as well.

Again, it may come close to it's fitment, but it's always a toss up. Just be prepared to modify it, when the time comes.
Many of the ac compatible retrofit kits you see fitting well are those that bought all of their "hot parts" components from one facility and not several.

The chances of it going on without modification are slim to none. The combination of turbine housing, downpipe, and manifold you have don't ideally go together well.

Ive never used an exhaust shop/fab shop before but how much you think im looking at to modify the one i have or make a new one custom? My current one is oriented to mount passenger side
trying to weigh the cost of buying one vs making but if i’ll have to mod a new one anyway no point lol

if you can find a local welder that is competent to do the work, he/she shouldn't have a problem to modify the piping for you. Price-wise, that really depends. The local guy I used can be expensive but his work is top-notch and his turnaround time is less than 24hrs from the moment you drop off your stuff at his shop. Most folks I contacted were iffy and/or wasn't able to get it done fast. No point in waiting 2 to 3 weeks just for a small welding job.
