I am stumped.... this cars kicking my *** left and right lol

Only problem I’m having now is the battery dies while the cars running... yes alternator brand new(tested 3 times at different stores).... starter as well.... no major parasitic draws(under 10 amps all together)... no shorts.... all fuses have been tested....the mf before me spliced a wire into the blinkers and ran it to the two fans.... seems when the fan kicks on the volts drop

Also the selector lights for circulation or intake outside air for the blower stays on while the car runs....

Any ideas on what it could be? I’m about to set it on fire and call it day lol
