Default 99 civic ex start problem

My D series engine is giving me problems. I had a skunk2 intake manifold on it and swapped the oem manifold back on.. now when I try to start the car it turns on and it immediately turns off. I double checked all the hoses and wires and they are correctly put back into place.

PLZ HELP.

Just to get an accurate understanding, she fires up for a second, sputters and dies?

It doesn’t even sputter; it’ll rev to 1000 rpm and immediately shut off.

I take it there is no CEL, probably. Is that right? Also, besides hoses and connectors, you might wanna consider whether you damaged wires, maybe to the distributor, and in ways that are not visible to the eye. Test the electrical with a multimeter or a test light. The distributor assembly is right there where you were working. Maybe something is loose or damaged and giving an intermittent open triggered by the shaking engine?

Yeah, being she starts, says you initially get fuel, initially get spark and must have compression.

The only thing coming to mind is ignition is getting cut just after start but I don't see how that would happen.

In the picture, is that the stock throttle body or aftermarket one on the intake manifold? Trying to gather as many details as possible.

Pictures of all your hoses and connectors might prove helpful too.

The first things that come to mind would be a loose engine harness ground at the thermostat housing OR the MAP and TPS plugs are swapped.
