Selecting an Accord 8 2.4 MT6

Hello, i have been looking around for a new car and stumbled upon the 8th gen Accord. Visiting the the local forums i read that generally speaking the 8th gen seems to be reliable. But there are a few things that stood out while i was looking at people's comments. I have listed the ones that concern me the most

wearing the exhaust cam shaft - what is this all about, can i get some insight
stretching the timing chain - kind of not expecting that in a honda
problem with the steering rack - some type of bearing wearing out causing road noise
oil burning issues

Can you please elaborate on the issues, i am really interested in the 8th gen, currently looking at a 2009 Honda Accord 2. 4i Executive Plus MT6. with about 100k miles. Also is there anything else i should be worried about ?
