Ok, thank god there are options on transmissions. CVT, 6spd, AND the 10spd auto. phew....

With the growing pains of Honda's 4 speed, then 5 speed auto, the 9 speed ZF, and cluster mix in the TLX, Honda does not have a good history of transmissions. The CVT may be Honda's most reliable transmission out of the box.

You can get the Sport model with the 2.0L (252hp) engine and 6 speed. Hot damn I'm in.

I will say I think I like the 2016-17 Sport look better than this redesign. The hatchback look is a little puzzling. I still like it, just prefer the 16-17 at this point.

I agree. 🤦🏻*♂️ I hate this redesign. The previous (2013-2017) gen looked much better. I also hate they stopped making coupes. The only good thing about this is the Type R engine.

The next Accord look too much like the Civic. Yes, there is a need for the corporate face, but it should be more upright and less Hyundai Sonata looking. Yes, it's a Civic underneath, but looks like they just blow up the Civic design by 120% and took out the fake vents. Same engine too.

This is not to say the Civic lines are not attractive. It just need to be more different IMO.

Okay, these cars are impressive! Make sure you test drive one if at all possible. Actually, test drive all three. I think I'm getting one. Maybe two. The K20T and the Battery Boosted one. They come stock with Tein EDFC's haha. And easily one of the most classy and comfortable interiors in the history of Honda. For an older more refined family man like myself, it's really what I'm looking for in a daily driver option. And one can only imagine what is possible with the block and 6-speed. Or maybe even the auto. Hate making the wife drive a stick these days shes so whiny.
