Default 96 civic dx sedan p0700 & p1753

hi so i just moved my civic and the check engine light came on, i plugged a obd scanner and it show p0700 and p1753. p1753 is the torque converter clutch solenoid circut problem, and p1753 is telling you theres a problem in your tranny. my question is if the wires is good thats mean its the torque converter clutch solenoid is no good?

32-Pin ECU connector A = gray

You are referring to the colors of wire for testing (Yel & Brn/Blk).
