Hi, need help with Honda parking pole installation.

I found couple thread on the internet, i did the same but doesn't work out for me.

Ive got a pole + switch and when i wire it, i can only extend the pole…………...Light doesn't work and i th DOWN action doesn' work too ............….only UP is working.

I follow this DIY but doesn't work in my case . switch and pole have the same wiring even the color of each wire is the same.
