On all my other Hondas, It's inside the Vehicle Cabin [Where you sit/Passenger Lower Front Area]
On the CU2 Acura TSX 4cyl with a K24 Engine. SMS5 Transmission [Manual] it is located in the engine bay, Right Behind the battery with a little plastic cover that is removed with your hands, Just kind of lift the top, and pull.
On the back you'll see a sticker which should have your ECU Code. Plug this into Hondata ECU Product Finder or your other tuning options, and see what's available for you. Took me a bit to find this, figured I would share.
Many people see upto 30hp freed up just from this upgrade on stock motors. Can even lower VTEC engagement point. Check it out.
