Default 04 Civic High Pitched Noise On Start

Hey guys,

I've been experiencing a high pitched noise on a cold start. The sound goes away after about 10 minutes of driving but coincides with accelerating and maybe turning the wheel. I've noticed it's a bit worse whenever I accelerate quickly and then coast. It's been hard to replicate the sound after the morning so when I took it in, they checked the charging system and the alternator and everything seemed fine. My car wouldn't start a few days ago but that could be because I was out of town for about a week, so the car hadn't been turned on in a while. I ended up replacing the battery. So I'm not sure the two things are related.

After some research I thought maybe it could be the o-rings on the power steering pump but I'm just not sure. I'm not a big car guy so if I could have a little more certainty on the issue I'd feel better about doing the o-ring repair or at least giving the mechanic a good start. I do have a video with the sound the car is making to see if that would help maybe get more of a diagnosis:

Any help on this would be awesome. Thank you!

"I thought maybe it could be the o-rings on the power steering pump" - this would have been one of my first suggestions either at the o-rings at the pump end or the reservoir end.
