I have a 2012 SI with the factory navigation system. I also have an amp and subs, and they are wired into the factory setup with a secondary system underneath my steering wheel which has been causing me wiring problems.

I am wondering if anybody has experience / knowledge of replacing the factory Navi system with an aftermarket deck? Is there any complications that come up with the second display on the dash? I feel like putting in the aftermarket deck would make the wiring to the amp less of a hassle as it can go directly into the stereo instead of having the secondary bypass.
