Default 2000 Civic EX d16y8 Auto to Manual swap Wiring issues - Need help

And I can check my codes fine so I dont know where you got the info about not being able to check codes with the 4th plug out. In my case there is no problem.

I am however getting a pesky code 90 which I am guessing is not related to the auto to manual conversion. I am still trying to track that done. I have already swapped the EVAP canister and the code comes back. Any of you have this issue?

well I have a 2000 honda civic ex d16y8 I'm using the p2p a12. Did the intake manifold swap even the wiring and plug b depin at the ecu. Did the reverse lights. Swapped out to a new vss. My gauge clusters were working before it's just the speedo that doesnt work. I even swapped out to a new vss plug. I've literally tried every thing. Even checked the fuse. I'm still using the auto harness. Wich I believe is the obd2b.

I believe the blue/white is the signal, black and yellow is power and black is ground? Well like i said i tried everything and im using my gps on my phone to read mph this is a head ache! This is to the new vss plug by the way.
