Long-short story, i went trough a puddle of water, water splashed in the engine, and obviously my block broke and all of that. Im looking into building back my engine but this time going turbo, but don’t know where to start or even look for performance parts.

 

I can tell by the way you worded this post and the fact that you "don't know where to start or even look for performance parts" that you aren't ready at ALL to try to turbo this car.

Take it to a mechanic and get it OEM rebuilt.
