I was just wondering if anybody had any tips or tricks in trying to save the meat around the door actuator area. Not sure what happened or how (just bought the car) but I guess the actuator was ripped out of the bolt holes so I figure this is where I’m gonna start on the journey to get this car road worthy again. Here is a pic. Thanks in advance for any help!

Your easiest solution would be to find a used door in good shape and replace the whole thing.
