Which piece is it that you're defining as rear hatch cover? Is it part that moves w/ hatch, or is it one of plastic pieces inside trunk? If it's latter, I might be interested.

It's actually the cover that overlays the interior and attaches to clips near the rear seat. IM me if you need further clarification. Thanks!
